Ezy-Glide Stik III Steering System - Faster Ratio For Quicker Turns

The EZY STIK® III model 870 is a mechanical steering system designed so the operator may be positioned in the front for better visibility and convenience. This system carries a manufacturers recommended maximum 70 horsepower for outboard engines and a 90 Horsepower maximum for jet drives. Remote trim on outboards is recommended for engines in excess of 50 hp. This eases torque feedback to the operator. Lever movement is 161° from lock to lock or 44.80 inches. 3.5° per inch of lever travel. The stainless steel rotating drum assembly is encased in a tough molded housing. This system is self lubricating and needs no additional lubricants within the helm. Stainless steel hardware is supplied with each system. The “COR-LOK” design by Ezy Glide, Inc. locks the cable to the drum for added
safety while offering mechanical advantage to the operator. The interlocking handle to the steering shaft relieves the possibility of the lever slipping from its position. The EZY STIK® III carries a one year factory warranty. Standard cables are not recommended
for salt water environment. Cables for salt water use may be obtained by special order.

The Ezy-Glide Stik III model has a quicker turning ratio than the Stik II for faster response & shorter travel distance.
